McGlinn provides FREE Express Post shipping for all Australian orders over A$300 (AUD).

Australian orders are delivered via Australia Express Post (delivery approximately 1-2 business days after dispatch). International orders are delivered via DHL Express Post (delivery approximately 2-4 business days after dispatch). Please allow 24 – 72 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping cost are outlined below:

Express Post to Australia: $12.00 AUD 
International Express Post USA: $45.00 AUD 
International Express Post NZ: $40.00 AUD 
International Express Post Rest of the World: $50.00 AUD

Please check with your respective customs authority on any customs duties or taxes payable. Note that regulations and guidelines differ by country. Customs duties and taxes are not payable by McGlinn.

McGlinn cannot guarantee customers will receive their package within the given time frame and holds no responsibility for lost or damaged packages.  

Shipping Overview

All successful orders placed will be processed within 24 to 72 hours. All customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched. If you need any more details regarding your tracking information please email INFO@MCGLINN.CO

Please consider the shipping address you provide – you should provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours. A signature is required on delivery for international orders. If you are not at the delivery address to accept the goods yourself, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of successful delivery. In the instance that you have given incorrect delivery details, please ensure you email us immediately upon successful placement of your order. Once your order has been dispatched McGlinn cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect.

McGlinn accepts returns for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items.

Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Customers are to cover the cost of the return postage (unless your items are deemed faulty by our team).
  • Australian customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their goods to return their order.
  • International customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their goods to return their order.
  • We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels.

How to Return:

Email returns@mcglinn.co within 7 days of the date you received your delivery, indicating whether you would like to return for a store credit or exchange. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please include the details of what you would like to exchange for. If there is a price differential, we will either send you a payment request for the difference or refund your account the amount.

You will receive an email response within 1-2 business days with an RGA number (Returned Garments Authorisation) and will need to purchase a shipping voucher for your exchange, McGlinn does not wear the shipping costs for returns.

Please package the garments up in their original packaging and post back to the below address (within 14 days of the date you received your delivery) to: Address.

McGlinn is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Returns outside 14 days are subject to rejection. McGlinn reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a store credit or exchange. Your return or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned garment(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our organic fibres are produced at a certified organic agricultural standard. Being made at this standard sustains the health of the soils, ecosystem and everyone who wears it. Organic fibres are produced using non-toxic chemicals or GMOS (genetically modified organisms).

As McGlinn’s garments are made with natural sustainable fibres the way you care for our pieces may be different to your normal clothing, pieces that are made with man-made fibres such as polyester. 

Scientists over time have tried to perfect fibres to help support natural fibres. In ways, they have not been able to 100% deliver on this. Throughout this process man-made fibres have done more harm than good to the planet, and the chemicals we wear on our bodies every day are absorbed through our biggest organ our skin. 

At McGlinn we are passionate about working with sustainable fabrics. We work hard to find new and improved sustainable fibres every day that represent the properties of these toxic man-made fibres without all the nasties added. While we continue to grow with the future of sustainable fabrics, we want to educate you in the meantime to invest in those quality pieces. We design our collections with longevity for the garment and the Earth in mind.

100% Organic Fibres may shrink with washing, as it is not chemically treated. Therefore, please note further care instructions:

  • Cold wash on a delicate setting (DO NOT quick wash) 
  • Wash in wash bag provided or inside out
  • Re-shape while damp
  • Air dry. DO NOT tumble dry 
  • Can be ironed at medium temperature on correct setting
  • Do not iron silk garment 

When washing please consider the environmental impact of the resources used.
