RETURNS POLICY

McGlinn accepts returns for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items.

Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Customers are to cover the cost of the return postage (unless your items are deemed faulty by our team).
  • Australian customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their goods to return their order.
  • International customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their goods to return their order.
  • We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels.

How to Return:

Email returns@mcglinn.co within 7 days of the date you received your delivery, indicating whether you would like to return for a store credit or exchange. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please include the details of what you would like to exchange for. If there is a price differential, we will either send you a payment request for the difference or refund your account the amount.

You will receive an email response within 1-2 business days with an RGA number (Returned Garments Authorisation) and will need to purchase a shipping voucher for your exchange, McGlinn does not wear the shipping costs for returns.

Please package the garments up in their original packaging and post back to the below address (within 14 days of the date you received your delivery) to: Address. McGlinn is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Returns outside 14 days are subject to rejection. McGlinn reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a store credit or exchange. Your return or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned garment(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.
